At Gold Nation, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process. Please review the policy below carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in resellable condition.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, scratches, scuffs, smudges, or cologne/perfume odors do not qualify for return and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible merchandise.
This guarantee applies to the product cost only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Returns requested within 7 days of delivery are not subject to a restocking fee when refunded to the original payment method.

Returns requested after the 7-day return request window and within the 30-day money-back guarantee period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if refunded to the original payment method.

No restocking fee applies to returns processed as store credit.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

If you would like a different size or style within the return window:

Place a new order for the desired size or style
This ensures faster processing and availability.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Gold Nation does not provide prepaid return labels.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once a return is approved, customers have 15 days to ship the item back.
Returns postmarked after 15 days will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Refused or Unclaimed Packages (USA, Puerto Rico & Canada)
Orders shipped within the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada that are returned to us due to refusal or being unclaimed are subject to:

A 20% restocking fee

Deduction of original shipping costs (non-refundable)
International Orders (Outside USA, Puerto Rico & Canada)
Customers are responsible for:

Any import fees, duties, or taxes

Return shipping costs if the package is refused
If return costs exceed the value of the merchandise, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item for your refund or store credit to be processed.
