Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling Time

All orders placed with Gold Nation are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number is provided, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Puerto Rico: approximately 2–7 business days

  • Canada: approximately 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations, destination, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. While most domestic orders arrive within 7 business days, international deliveries may take up to 14 business days on average.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages (USA, Puerto Rico & Canada)

Orders shipped within the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada that are returned to us due to refusal or being unclaimed are subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Deduction of original shipping costs (non-refundable)

The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after inspection.

International Refused Shipments (Outside USA, Puerto Rico & Canada)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges (unless explicitly included in a promotional offer)

  • Any import fees, duties, or taxes incurred

  • Return shipping costs if the package is refused or undeliverable

These costs will be deducted from the merchandise refund. If the total return costs exceed the value of the merchandise, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Gold Nation is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate.
