1-Year Limited Warranty Policy
Overview
At Gold Nation, we stand behind the quality of our products. All jewelry sold comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.
What Is Covered
The warranty applies to:

Jewelry that fades

Jewelry that breaks under normal use

Jewelry that changes color under normal wear
What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Intentional misuse or abuse

Chemicals such as detergents, soap, cologne, perfume, or any substance that can corrode or stain the jewelry

Scratches, dents, or smashes

Alterations or repairs not performed by Gold Nation
Any damage outside normal wear will void the warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact support@thegoldnation.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item with the full damage description. If you don't have you order number, we can still look you by your full name and email address.

Our team will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies under the warranty. Most of the time we will have questions so we will reply back with them.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue store credits for the eligible item.
Note: Shipping costs for returning the jewelry for warranty evaluation are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Limitations

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. If your purchase arrived after 5 business days, we will honor you an extra week. Please reach to us even if your warranty expired. In some cases we will work with you even if it's expired to make sure that we offer the best experience in customer service.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser only.

Refunds are not issued for warranty claims — only repair, replacement, or store credit.
